Incline Village Project - Lake Tahoe, NV

Our Incline Village Project located in gorgeous North Lake Tahoe was designed with Airbnb in mind. We updated the hard surfaces of the property without doing a full gut renovation in order to modernize its rooms and also to give the space a moody modern mountain feeling. The property includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we were able to add an additional bunk bed in the guest bedroom as well as a sleeper chair in the primary and a pull out couch in the living room to maximize the number of guests for the rental and to accommodate children. The property has quickly become a guest favorite earning superhost status and renting steadily when the owners aren't vacationing there themselves.
